By submitting payment, you agree to the terms below.

Payment A non-refundable deposit secures your spot. All remaining payments must be completed by October 15, 2026. Your spot is confirmed once your deposit is received. If payment isn't completed in full by the deadline, you may forfeit your spot.

Refunds All payments are non-refundable, including your deposit. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including emergencies, illness, scheduling conflicts, or changes in travel plans. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.

Transfers You may transfer your registration to another eligible participant up to 45 days before the retreat, subject to Kinory's approval. Transferred spots remain non-refundable to the original registrant.

What's Included Your fee covers airport transfers in Merida, programming, all designated meals, and retreat activities. It does not include airfare, travel to/from Mérida, accommodations outside the retreat venue, travel insurance, or personal expenses.

Health & Conduct You confirm you're in adequate health to participate, and you'll let us know in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs. Kinory is built on belonging and respect. We reserve the right to remove anyone, without refund, for harmful or disruptive conduct.

Liability You participate at your own risk. Kinory and its team are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.

Photography Kinory may capture photos and video for documentation and marketing. By attending, you grant permission to use your likeness. Let us know in writing beforehand if you'd prefer not to be photographed.

If Kinory Cancels If we cancel for circumstances beyond our control, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event. Kinory isn't responsible for travel or accommodation costs you've already incurred.

Agreement By submitting payment, you confirm you agree to these terms in full.
